At Lantern Wear we take pride in delivering a high quality product to every customer. We encourage all customers to carefully review product photos, descriptions, sizing information, and all details before completing a purchase as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
We understand that sometimes issues can arise during shipping and handling. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we ask that you contact our support team at Lanternwear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem so we can review your case as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to assess each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. Resolutions may include a replacement item or store credit depending on the nature of the issue. We do not guarantee cash refunds under any circumstances.
